Shine Jazz Duo, formed by Charles Bulter and Tammy Rafferty, started as two solo artist performing on cruise ships.
After getting together and performing in countless venues around the World, they have decided to share their talent on tour once again.

Experience:

Ms Tammy Rafferty, Singer, had a record on the charts before she turned sixteen, she has worked with some of the biggest names in the jazz world and also in the pop world, such as Shirley Eikhrard, composer for “Bonnie Raitt” Alanna Myles, Peter Appleyard and the Osmonds Brothers.
Ms Rafferty attended York University’s music program in Toronto Canada, studying voice, guitar and piano.

Charles Butler is a Multi-Instrumentalist, playing Guitar and Bass Pedals at the same time.
He started in Philadelphia the home of pop jazz, having worked in the early seventies with Grover Washington jr, Gladys Knight and the Pip’s, after which he joined “Brick” a very successful disco group.
After which he had a very promising solo career.
Mr. Butler attended Livingston University in New Jersey USA and also Granadolf school of music Philadelphia.

Both entertainers have excellent vocals and harmony. They also have a full big band show for larger venues.
